Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) held annual award ceremony to celebrate and award the top achievers of last season.
Sarfraz Ahmed, captain of the national team in all formats was awarded Imtiaz Ahmed ‘Spirit of the Cricket’ award. Fakhar Zaman was presented a ‘Special Award for Outstanding Performance’ for becoming the player to score fastest 1000 runs in ODI cricket and scoring first double century for Pakistan in the same format.
On the other hand, Mohammad Abbas, Hasan Ali and Babar Azam were declared the top players in Test, ODI and T20Is respectively, while Sana Mir, Javeria Khan and Diana Baig took the top accolades for women's team.
