Sri Lanka have done it, they have made history here today. Sri Lanka become the first Asian team to win a Test series in South Africa. What a performance in the 2nd innings by Mendis and Fernando who shared a 163 run partnership off just 213 deliveries. Both batsmen were controlled and composed throughout, they left the ball well when necessary and they punished the bad deliveries without fail, the South African bowlers struggled to trouble the batsmen with neither making a clear mistake. Sri Lanka's victory was also due to their bowling performance in South Africa's 2nd innings, wicket taking spells from Lakmal and De Silva helped restrict the hosts to 128. After the two Test's its Sri Lanka who come out on top and will look to continue with another victory in the ODI series.
