49.5 - R Khan to R Jadeja

Rashid Khan to Ravindra Jadeja. Leg spinner back of a length, middle stump on the back foot pulling, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to deep mid wicket, by Zadran. Taken in the deep, I can't believe it! Afghanistan leave one man out in the deep and Jadeja finds him. Super catch under pressure, he had time to think about it but held his nerve. Absolute scenes in Dubai, the Afghans are celebrating that like a victory. They looked down and out at one stage but an extraordinary finish means the match is tied. A dramatic finish in Dubai has seen India and Afghanistan tie an absolute thriller. Afghanistan came out in the field full of life after Mohammad Shahzad's outstanding century, but India soon took control through new look opening pair KL Rahul (60) and Ambati Rayudu (57). Wickets started to fall but India always seemed in control with Dinesh Karthik (44) at the crease, but when he fell it sparked an incredible finish. Fittingly it was Afghanistan's talisman Rashid Khan who took the final wicket despite battling injury, leaving Ravindra Jadeja crestfallen.

49.2 - R Khan to R Jadeja

Googly length ball, off stump on the front foot slog sweeping, well timed in the air under control past deep mid wicket for 4 runs. What a shot, Jadeja is the coolest man in Dubai with an extraordinary shot against Afghanistan's gun bowler. It's painfully close whether it is a six or four, eventually it gets given as four. That could be crucial as well. What a match this has been.

48.5 - A Alam to S Kaul

Aftab Alam to Siddarth Kaul. Length ball, off stump on the front foot pushing, to short mid wicket, direct hit by Shahidi. What a piece of fielding, take a bow Hashmatullah! Kaul tries to scamper a single but the fielder has other ideas and swoops down to nail the stumps direct. All the pressure is on Jadeja now, can he handle it?

48.1 - A Alam to K Yadav

Aftab Alam to Kuldeep Yadav. Half volley, middle stump backing away driving, well timed to deep extra cover for 2 runs, run save by Naib, direct hit by Alam. What drama, amazing scenes in Dubai. It's all happening off this delivery. First it looks like the ball will race away as Kuldeep crashes one through extra, but Gulbadin throws himself to ground after a sprint to keep the ball in play. He then fires in a quick throw which the bowler collects, and then Alam nails the non-striker's stumps to catch Kuldeep short of a third run.
