Length ball, outside off stump on the front foot flick, well timed past deep mid wicket for 4 runs. Bosisto brings up the victory in style. The Strikers acquitted themselves well in the field but defending a score of 88 was always going to be a stretch too far. The damage was done by an excellent Scorchers seam attack with Jason Behrendorff (2-16) setting the tone initially and Jhye Richardson (3-7) backing him up well. In truth all five seamers bowled wonderfully and it was upon their collective performance that the Scorchers' maiden victory of BBL08 was built.
