New Zealand have done it! What a delivery from Ajaz Patel and he has spun his team to victory in his debut Test. It needed something special to dismiss Azhar Ali and that is what he produced. Pitching on leg stump and spinning it past the bat and into the pads. Hopeful review from Azhar but it's not going to go his way. Hard luck after he gritted it out and very nearly got his team over the line when everybody else lost their heads. Pakistan have been blown away today after they were in pole position to take the win. At 40-0 and 130-4 they should have brought it home but after the lunch break everything went New Zealand's way. A mixture of brainless batting and pressure of a small chase. Pakistan's coach will have nightmares and plenty of things to say after what he has seen. Their smallest defeats by runs in Tests. Great achievement for New Zealand and a win for their new coach in his first match. What a start to the series. Two more to come with the next one in five days. Catch your breath and join us then.
