50.5 - R Jadeja to S Gabriel

Stock ball half volley, to leg on the front foot driving, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to long on, by Yadav. Wonderfully taken on the rope, a clinical way to secure a huge victory at Rajkot. Windies have folded cheaply for the second time in quick succession as India take a 1-0 lead in the series. India have completed a gigantic victory over Windies inside three days at Rajkot, with the touring batsmen unable to withstand the home bowlers in either innings. It was a near perfect display from the hosts, piling on a massive amount of runs in the first innings and then taking wickets regularly. Kuldeep Yadav took five in the second innings, the first time he has done that in Test cricket, following up the four Ravi Ashwin took in the first. There is plenty for Windies to improve before the Second Test, with their approach to batting today raising a few eyebrows. They were extremely positive at all times, but that became recklessness on more than one occasion as the top order batsmen got themselves out tamely. We'll be back for the Second Test on Friday.

50.3 - R Jadeja to S Gabriel

Stock length ball, outside off stump on the front foot driving, well timed in the air under control past long on for 4 runs. Gabriel uses his long levels and bludgeons this over the top. I'm not sure he'll be able to get away with playing too many strokes like that.
