That four brings up a historic win for Bangladesh as it's the first time they have won a ODI tournament final. They will be full of confidence going into the World Cup and rightly so. A few key batting performances there with Mosaddek getting a fifty off 20 balls at the end of the run chase, which after Sarkar was dismissed looked to be over. WI didn't really deserve the win, and the tournament went to the right winners, as Bangladesh were the table toppers.
