And there it is. Kolkata complete a comprehensive victory by 28 runs which was set up by a blistering batting effort. Andre Russell got the party started with the bat and then added a couple of wickets to make his day even better. David Miller and Mayank Agarwal battled hard and chipped in with half-centuries but Kings XI were always chasing the game and unable to keep up with the run-rate. With that strong win Kolkata move up to top in the table after overtaking Chennai but it is still early days in a long season.

Clever and effective. Lynn thinks he has a chance at short fine leg but it loops just over his head and bounces away to the fence.

19.3 - P Chawla to M Singh

Googly length ball, outside off stump moves in front Scoop, well timed in the air under control past fine leg for 4 runs.

19.2 - P Chawla to M Singh

Googly length ball, outside off stump on the front foot working, to square leg for 2 runs, fielded by Ferguson.
2
Slapped into the legside where it should be cut-off. Uthappa isn't the most sprightly in the field and he doesn't manage to get a good enough hand to prevent the boundary.

19.1 - P Chawla to M Singh

Googly back of a length, outside off stump backing away pulling, well timed in the air under control past deep mid wicket for 4 runs, mis-fielded by Uthappa.
