Kuggeleijn finishes the over in fine style after holding his nerve. Pressure was on him after two expensive overs to start but Dhoni trusted him and he was right to. Along with the spinners Chennai held Kings XI throughout the innings and the batsmen struggled to get any rhythm. KL Rahul and Sarfaraz both struck fifties but they left themselves too much to do at the end.

Brilliant comeback from the Kiwi on his debut. Changing his pace every delivery to keep Sarfaraz guessing. Maybe the only one which was close to being in the slot but as the batsman was late in picking it up he couldn't clear the fielder.

Off cutter length ball, outside off stump on the front foot Slog, mis-timed in the air uncontrolled to long on, by du Plessis.

Goodbye leg stump. Chahar goes full and straight with pace on and sends the pole flying back. Usually Miller would back himself to hit this but was beaten by a good change-up.
