Babar Azam answered his critques with a brilliant 97* off just 58 balls, falling just three short of becoming the second T20I centurion for Pakistan. He was also adjudged man of the match with this brilliant batting performance.
Chadwick Walton, fresh from the PSL 3 campaign with Islamabad, smashed 40 off 29 balls to provide much needed spark at the top for the Windies.
Mohammad Amir delivered another match-winning performance with the ball, taking the wickets of Jason Mohammed, Rovman Powell and Keemo Paul. He finished with the figures of 3-22.
