CPL Schedule 2018: Caribbean Premier League 2018 fixtures

The CPL schedule for 2018 has been announced. The world of cricket is about to witness one of the biggest party in sports as the superstars from around the world will participate in the sixth edition of the CPL. The CPL Draft took place a week ago and a lot of big names have signed up for their respective teams.

The 6th edition of the CPL will kick off from the 6th of August and the final will be played on 16th of September. The tournament dates are extremely important for West Indies as during this period, the Caribbean boys will not be playing any international cricket and all of their mega stars will be playing for their CPL franchises without taking any off days.

List of Pakistan players participating in the CPL

The Caribbean Premier League 2018 will feature a number of Pakistani players performing for their teams this season. The left arm duo of Muhammad Irfan and Wahab Riaz will play for the Barbados Tridents whilst the all-rounder Sohail Tanvir has been picked by the Guyana Amazon Warriors.

Another left arm pacer Rumman Raees will be playing in the CPL for the first time and he will be in action for the St Lucia Stars. Jamaica Tallawahs will enjoy the experience of the veteran Shahid Khan Afridi and the ever green Shoaib Malik will play for the Guyana Amazon Warriors.

The two star all-rounders of Pakistan Shadab Khan and Imad Wasim will be in action in this year’s CPL. Imad Wasim is coming back from his knee injury and will play for the Tallawahs once again whilst Shadab Khan has been retained by his team and he will start his 2nd season with Trinbago Knight Riders.
