The PSL organisers tried to include another team this season. The franchises, however, backed out as more franchises meant a smaller share in the revenue pie.
In a bid to revive international cricket in the country, the final of the second edition of the PSL was hosted at the Qaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Sethi also mentioned to host more matches in Pakistan during the third edition of the franchised-based tournament.
