Mohammad Amir returned his career best figures of 6 for 44 in 26 overs on the third day of the ongoing first of the three-match Test series against the West Indies on Sunday. The left-armer continued his scintillating form bagging a wicket to end West Indian innings at 286 in the first session. He had removed Devendra Bishoo and Alzarri Joseph on Day 2 and picked up three on the first day. This is Amir's first five-wicket haul since his return to the Test cricket after his ban and Pakistan's best bowling figures in the last seven years.
