Imad Wasim struck an unbeaten 117 off 78 balls as Pakistan began their tour of England with a 100-run win over Kent.
Imad’s hundred held the key over Pakistan's commanding 358 for seven from 50 overs which proved far too much for a makeshift Kent side.
Fakhar Zaman, who played a key role in Pakistan’s triumph in the 2017 Champions Trophy in England, made 76 while Haris Sohail scored 75.
Left-arm spinner Imran Qayyum took four for 45 in his 10 overs.
Kent then collapsed to 258 all out with more than five overs remaining in reply.
Pakistan will play two more games against Northamptonshire and Leicestershire on Monday and Wednesday respectively.
They then play England in a one-off T20 international in Cardiff on Sunday before facing the hosts in a five-match ODI series starting May 8.
