Adam Zampa reprimanded by the ICC over 'audible obscenity'

Adam Zampa has been reprimanded by the International Cricket Council for using an "audible obscenity" in Australia's 15-run win over the West Indies at Trent Bridge.

The incident happened at the end of the 29th over of the West Indies innings with Zampa using an audible obscenity which was heard by both on field umpires.

Leg-spinner Zampa admitted to the level-one offence and also received a one demerit point.

Zampa took one for 58 as Australia completed their second win of the tournament.

The West Indies could only manage 273-9 in their 50 overs, with Starc finishing with figures of 5 for 46.

Australia now face India on June 9 at the Oval.
