The Global T20 League Canada 2019 is the second edition of the Global T20 Canada, a 20-over cricket tournament and it's scheduled to be played in CAA Centre in Brampton, Ontario between 25th July and Aug 11. It was slightly later in the calendar than the previous tournament, to avoid clashing with the Cricket World Cup CWC19. Vancouver Knights are the defending champions. In meantime there is a team named New York Legends for West Indies B Team replacement. Later the idea was cancelled, and the Brampton Wolves were named as the sixth franchise team in June 2019.

GT20 Canada 2019 have the same format as last year unfortunately, this time Brampton Wolves replace Windies B team. The Caribbean outfit though will be missed this year as they were the runners-up last season and would’ve lit up the tournament even this time around.
