The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has released the dates for the upcoming tour of Bangladesh women’s cricket team to Pakistan as the three T20Is and two ODIs are scheduled to take place at Lahore's Gaddafi Stadium.
The two-week tour will commence on October 23 with the first T20I to be conducted on October 26.
The tour "provides another breakthrough to the PCB in its efforts for the full restoration of the international cricket in the country", according to the statement from the cricket board.
The tour marks the first instance of Bangladesh women's team visiting Pakistan since they last toured in 2015 to play two T20Is and an equal number of ODIs.
Earlier this month, Sri Lanka Cricket confirmed they would be sending their men's team to participate in three ODIs and as many T20Is in Karachi and Lahore in late September.
Bangladesh women's tour is part of the agreement between the two boards after Pakistan women's team went to Bangladesh last year to play four T20Is and a solitary ODI.
Pakistan were able to achieve a white-wash over their Asian rivals then but faced defeat in the one-off ODI.
