Kraigg Brathwaite has been cleared to bowl in international cricket following an ICC-approved assessment in Loughborough.
Doubts had been raised on his bowling action during the second Test between India and West Indies which ended on September 2.
As per the regulations, he underwent an assessment of his bowling action on September 14, where it was revealed that ‘elbow extension for all his deliveries was within the 15-degree level of tolerance as per the ICC illegal bowling regulations’.
This is the second instance where the part-time off-spinner had been reported for a suspect action. He was first reported on England tour in 2017 but got cleared after being tested at Loughborough.
