Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara to take guard in T20 Road Safety World Series

The legends of the game including Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, Brett Lee, Muttiah Muralitharan, Jonty Rhodes and many other greats will be seen in action as they'll partake in Road Safety World Series T20 that will be held in India from 2-16 February 2020 according to PTI.

The tournament will feature retired cricketers belonging to India, Australia, South Africa, West Indies and Sri Lanka. The famous players who have enthralled many avid followers of the game and inspired a generation of cricketers will encourage the public to take road safety measures - which is the main purpose behind staging this one of a kind league.

The Road Safety series initiative is supported by Swachh Bharat and is planned by the Professional Management Group (PMG). The Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) has already given the go-ahead to the organisers of the Road Safety World Series.

Sachin Tendulkar, known as the 'little master' has the record of scoring most centuries and runs in one-day-internationals and Tests while the stylish batsman Brian Lara holds the record of highest individual Test score of 400.
