England will tour Sri Lanka for the two Test series in March next year, it was announced.
The tour will kick off with a three-day practice match against Sri Lanka Board President XI’s in Katunayake.
That will be followed up by a four-day first class fixture against the same opposition between March 12-15.
The first Test will be then played at Galle on March 19 whereas the second and final Test will be hosted by R Premadasa International Cricket Stadium at Colombo.
England had an excellent outing when they last toured Sri Lanka, clinching the three Test series which was their first overseas sweep in 55 years.
