Ireland's tour of Zimbabwe has been postponed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, it was announced.
The two sides were scheduled to face off in three T20Is as many ODIs next month.
A combined statement from both cricket boards read that the safety of the health of players, coaching staff and fans was a top priority.
"We were looking forward to hosting Ireland in Bulawayo next month, but with the world in the throes of a public health emergency on a scale not witnessed in over a century, postponing the tour was the only reasonable decision," said Zimbabwe Cricket managing director Givemore Makoni.
He added that the tour will be rescheduled.
"We have taken the advice of Irish and British governments, as well as relevant health and sports bodies, and will take a safety-first approach to our operations over the coming weeks and months,” said Chief Executive of Cricket Ireland Warren Deutrom.
