Former Pakistani skipper Misbah-ul-Haq recently made the headlines when he posted a video depicting the downtrodden state of the Lahore City Cricket Association’s (LCCA) dressing rooms. His disappointment was shared by many people across the cricketing fraternity, however former wicketkeeper Atiq-uz-Zaman has suggested a different route to address the pressing issue.
Taking to Twitter, the 43-year-old stated that if it were up to him, he would prefer to write to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and register his complaint at the right forum. Atiq said that this is a better way than harming the image of the country’s cricket through a public exclamation of disapproval.
Without naming Misbah in particular, it seems Atiq is deeply disappointed with the step taken by the esteemed cricketer. He also related his previous experience of PCB taking quick action to resolve a problem he informed them.
