Experienced all-rounder of Pakistan Mohammad Hafeez who played for Peshawar Zalmi in all the three seasons of Pakistan Super League (PSL) has decided to bid farewell to his franchise after releasing himself in the pool of drafts.
Parting ways with Javed Afridi owned Peshawar Zalmi, the 38-year old took to Twitter to leave a remarkable message for his former team. He recalled his journey with former PSL champions and wished the team luck ahead of the upcoming edition of the tournament. Moreover, he extended his gratitude to the fans of Zalmi who backed the franchise through thick and thin.
The forthcoming season of PSL will commence from February 14th, 2019 and drafts for the tournament will take place in Islamabad on 20th of this month. Considering his form in International cricket, Hafeez would be a massive pick for all the franchises.
