Pakistan spinner Yasir Shah is the joint second fastest bowler in the history of Test cricket to take 100 wickets. He is earning appreciations for his career-best 14-wicket haul in the second Test match against New Zealand.
On Wednesday, former Pakistan cricketer Waqar Younis, being impressed with the bowling, took to Twitter and praised the 32-year-old. He congratulated Yasir and termed him as a champion bowler. Waqar predicted that Yasir will break all the records, if he stays fit.
Among senior cricketers, teammates and fans, Pakistan cricket team head coach Mickey Arthur and Australian spinner Shane Warne had also praised Yasir.
