The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has accepted the formal apology of three United Arab Emirates (ECB) players after their social media uproar during the Emerging Nations Asia Cup last year in Karachi.

The players complained about the facilities at the ground as they criticized the PCB for not paying attention to the important games of Asia Cup.

In its official statement, the ECB has revealed that the fines imposed on the three players, including Rohan Mustafa, Ahmed Raza, and Rameez Shahzad, would be given to a Karachi-based charity as a sign of goodwill.

However, the players would still need to complete their 8 weeks suspension before being able to rejoin the team even though they are currently participating in the intense training sessions with the national side which is preparing for the Nepal series.
