The Pakistan cricket team has returned after completing a fairly decent tour of South Africa as players would now join their franchises in a few days before the start of 4th season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Head coach Mickey Arthur held a press conference upon his arrival in Lahore as he addressed the media in a comprehensive session in which he answered their queries regarding the performance of team Pakistan and their World Cup plans.
Arthur said that he is proud of the way the team played in South Africa as it is the brand of cricket they want to play at the top level. He seemed highly satisfied with the performance of the team especially in limited overs as he feels that side is headed in the right direction with the World Cup coming up.
Moreover, Arthur also revealed that many critics and media personnel in South Africa were impressed by the standard of cricket Pakistan played throughout the tour as they kept fighting and improving even after losing all the series.
