With the World Cup 2019 nearing, all the teams are gearing up to give final touches to their squad. On bank of strong domestic shows, opening batsman Shan Masood has pushed his case for the selection of mega-event which is to be staged in England and Wales.
The 29-year old impressed everyone during the tour of South Africa and now he aims to utilize the upcoming opportunities to cement his place in the national team of Pakistan. The Kuwait born player is currently in Dubai to feature in the forthcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) where he’ll play for Multan Sultans.
Bringing in massive improvements in his limited-over game, the stylish batsman is keen to rise in PSL and Australia series. Furthermore, he is eyeing to hone his skills of playing big innings.
“It is the dream of every player to feature in the World Cup. I am really looking forward to PSL and Australia series as strong performances will augment my chances of selection in the World Cup. My limited-over game has improved and PSL will provide an ideal platform to showcase my talent,” said by the 29-year old cricketer.
