The Pakistan women’s team has achieved a great feat by beating the West Indies women’s team in an ODI series for the first time in their cricketing history. The series victory has not only improved the rankings of the side but has also earned them much-deserved praise from the public.
Several players from different Pakistan Super League (PSL) franchises visited the stadium to cheer for the girls while others congratulated them via social media. Peshawar Zalmi (PZ) pacer Hassan Ali did the same as he congratulated the women’s team and told them how proud he is of their achievement.
Former skipper Sana Mir replied to Hassan’s tweet as she thanked the pacer for acknowledging her side’s achievement. She also sent her best wishes for Peshawar’s premium bowler as he would be crucial to his side success in the upcoming tournament.
