Mohammad Hafeez, the all-rounder of Pakistan, is one of the cricketers who are set to bid adieu to one-day International cricket after the conclusion of the much awaited World Cup which is to be held in England and Wales. After getting dropped from the last edition of the Asia Cup, the Lahore Qalandars captain made a strong comeback in the International cricket.
Former Indian paceman Zaheer Khan has recently shared his views on the experienced pro of Pakistan as he believes that the inclusion of the 38-year old all-rounder improves the stability of the Pakistan team. Furthermore, the Maharashtra born highlighted the flexibility of Hafeez as he can bat anywhere in the batting order which braces the batting department of the boys in green.
“With a plethora of experience, Hafeez holds a pivotal role for Pakistan. The stability he provides to the middle-order is crucial. He can act as an opener as well. Furthermore, his bowling is extremely handy. His flexibility to bat anywhere in the batting order is a great thing to have,” said by the 40-year old.
