After bringing a total of 4 games across the last two seasons of the highly celebrated Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) surprised the fans to schedule as many as 8 matches in the country for PSL 2019. The league stage of the tournament has been completed and the response from the crowd has been fantastic as massive numbers turned out to back their favorite teams and players.
Like all others, veteran Pakistan cricketer Mohammad Hafeez sits extremely excited to see the league flourishing brilliantly on its home soil. The 38-year old cricketer believes that the final round of the tournament would further enhance the charm of the most celebrated T20 tournament of Pakistan.
Furthermore, the dexterous cricketer has expressed his desire to see the complete edition of the PSL 2020 happening in Pakistan. The Lahore Qalandars captain feels that things are moving in the right direction and this would help Pakistan restore the International cricket to the empty grounds of the country.
The Sargodha born all-rounder missed the lion’s share of the running season of PSL with a thumb injury. But, he seems confident of coming back strongly and turning the fortune of his franchise in the next edition of the tournament.
