Pakistani born-Zimbabwean cricketer, Sikandar Raza who is playing in the Pakistan Super League (PSL) for the first time, is having a fantastic time in his native country. Sikandar is hopeful that Karachi Kings will put up a good show in front of the home ground.
“We visited Lahore last time and this time we are in Karachi. We are thoroughly enjoying the experience. It’s a beautiful place to play Cricket. I hope international tours can be restarted in the country,” said Raza.
Talking about his experience of playing in both major cities of Pakistan, he said that the love and passion for cricket are visible in all parts of the country.
The all-rounder was part of the historic Zimbabwe team that toured Pakistan in 2015, which was the first time an international tour was held in Pakistan, after the attack on the Sri Lankan cricket team in 2009. All the matches then were scheduled in Lahore.
