Pakistani wicket-keeper batsman, Mohammad Rizwan, finally got something going for him after a desultory outing in South Africa. Rizwan was promoted at number 4 spot and he did not disappoint. He scored a maiden century in ODIs, his innings comprised of 126 balls which gained him 115 runs.
Mohammad Rizwan built a partnership with Shoaib Malik after wickets fell early in the piece. He rotated the strike efficiently and hit odd boundaries as well. Rizwan had problems at the end while striking the ball big, but his innings proved that he is a very capable batsman.
His century went in vain courtesy Aaron Finch's 153*, Aussies demolished Pakistan quite comprehensively by 8-wickets. This innings will enhance Rizwan's chances to become the part of the World Cup squad but he will have to continue this form.
