Mohammad Hasnain, the tall paceman of Pakistan, contains a fascinating story as he was not even in the original squad of Quetta Gladiators for the Pakistan Super League (PSL). However, the injury of Naseem Shah guaranteed the young gun an opportunity which he grabbed with both hands.
While much was expected from him in his debut ODI series against Australia, the 18-year old failed to record a memorable outing. Nevertheless, he was able to move the legendary cricketer Waqar Younis to acknowledge his class as the former Pakistan captain believes that Hasnain has all the ingredients to become a superstar in future.
Showering heaps of praise on the Quetta’s emerging pick for his recent displays, the former Pakistan captain admitted that Hasnain looked very impressive. The cricketer turned commentator wished luck to Hasnain as he believes that the dexterous cricketer contains a very strong bowling action which would aid him to deliver strong performances.
