England Women created history in the third T20I against Sri Lanka to post their second-highest total in the format. The top order came out all guns blazing for the visitors, as England cruised to a series whitewash over an abysmal Sri Lankan side.
England reached a towering total of 204/2 in their allotted overs as the home side could only muster a meager 108/6 in reply, slumping to their biggest defeat. Opener Danielle Wyatt fired at the start of the innings to notch up a blistering fifty.
Her partner on the other end, Amy Jones followed it up with a 38-ball 57 to further provide impetus to the England innings. In the process of their dominant win, England also created the record of the highest total ever scored in Sri Lanka.
