Recently, star English cricketer Kevin Pietersen has jumped on the bandwagon in admiring the quality of the bowling in the most watched T20 tournament of Pakistan. The 38-year old himself played in the tournament for Quetta Gladiators where he mustered 611 runs in 27 games managing a batting average of 26.56.
The Natal born is currently finding himself commentating in the Indian Premier League (IPL). During Ab de Villiers’ smashing innings against Mumbai Indians, Pietersen was found showering heaps of praise on PSL’s bowling quality.
Highlighting the batting performance of AB in the PSL, the cricketer turned commentator shared that PSL offers great challenge to all the batsman and performing there boosts the confidence of a batsman. Continuing his argument, former Royal Challengers Bangalore batsman added that playing on flat decks of India thus becomes an easier task as UAE’s pitches are known to present a stern challenge to all the batsmen.
