The Royal Challengers of Bangalore (RCB) led by the Indian skipper Virat Kohli have lost 3 out of 3 matches in this year’s Indian Premier League (IPL).
In their 3rd encounter with the Sunrisers Hyderabad, RCB’s bowlers were taken to the cleaners by Jonny Bairstow and David Warner. Both the openers of SRH scored 100s and took their team to a humongous total of 231-2.
Bairstow scored 114 off 56 with 12 fours and 7 maximums. David Warner, on the other hand, looked like he never had a break from cricket as he scored 100 off just 55 balls with 5 sixes and 5 fours.
In reply, the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) were never in the hunt of chasing this total down. The top order of RCB collapsed badly as Mohammad Nabi, the belligerent all-rounder of Afghanistan went through the batting line-up of RCB taking 4 wickets in his 4 overs. Colin de Grandhomme was the highest scorer for RCB with 37 off 32 with 2 sixes and 3 fours.
