PSL stars in Sindh cricket team in Pakistan Cup 2019

Pakistan One-Day cup tournament commenced on 2nd April 2019. The tournament comprises 5- teams including (Punjab, Sindh, Baluchistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Federal Areas). The teams include players who performed well in the domestic circuit and Pakistan Super League 4.

Sindh Cricket team also picked up few stars from PSL 4 which include Umar Siddique, Ahsan Ali, Mohammad Ilyas, and Mohammad Hasnain. Led by Umar Gul, the team has promising players.

Umar Siddique showed glimpses of his talent as a wicket-keeper batsman for Multan Sultans. He played well throughout the tournament scoring 169 runs in the tournament.

Mohammad Ilyas, his team-mate in Multan Sultans, is also part of Sindh team. He picked up 9 wickets in the tournament with the best of 3-27 against Karachi Kings.

Ahsan Ali, the batsman from Quetta Gladiators, is also present in the team Sindh to express himself in the ODI format as well. He performed explicitly in PSL 4. Mohammad Hasnain the highlight player of PSL 4 with his express pace, is also part of Sindh team.

Hasnain also made his debut against Australia recently. He impressed the critics with his pace in the series. He needs to work on his accuracy and consistency and Pakistan Cup is an ideal opportunity for him to gain some rhythm for ODI-format.
