The men in red led by the great Virat Kohli are not having the best of their time in the 12th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Yes, we are talking about the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) who have been given their fourth consecutive defeat in the ongoing edition of the IPL by Rajasthan Royals.
Rajasthan Royals had also lost their previous three matches and they got off the mark by defeating RCB last night. Virat Kohli once again failed with the bat as he only managed to score 23 off 25 balls while opening the innings with Parthiv Patel who scored 67.
However, some lusty blows by Marcus Stoinis and Moeen Ali took them to 158-4 in 20 overs. In reply, the solid top order of Rajasthan Royals easily chased the target as Jos Buttler (59) and Steve Smith (38) helped the Royals overcoming their target with ease.
Rahul Tripathi also scored valuable 34 off 23 balls towards the end and played a significant role in their important chase.
