The Mumbai Indians (MI) recently ended the unbeaten streak of the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in Mumbai after an all-round performance by Hardik Pandya. The former put up a decent total of 170 on the board, thanks to an impressive half-century by Suryakumar Yadav.
The CSK batting line-up had an unusual off day at the crease as they crumbled to just 133 runs in their 20 overs. The chase never really got going after CSK had lost 3 wickets within the batting powerplay.
Kieron Pollard pulled off an absolute screamer in the outfield as he took a one-handed catch to dismiss Suresh Raina in the second innings. Raina was quite sure that he had cleared the sweeper in the deep, but little did he know that the West Indian would get a hand on the ball and start celebrating with the fans immediately.
