The Pakistan Super League (PSL) has been an exceptional platform in mainstreaming otherwise unknown youngsters in the domestic circuit. By allowing such a star-studded stage for these budding cricketers to make the most of their talents, PSL has been a game-changer in transforming the lives of the youngsters.
One such player who has tremendously benefitted from the fourth edition of the league has been Quetta Gladiators opening batsman Ahsan Ali. Currently representing Sindh in the Pakistan Cup, Ahsan was one of the star performers in PSL 4, who showed short glimpses of his immense talent, top-scoring with a vital 46 in the playoff clash versus Peshawar Zalmi.
Talking on the sidelines of the Pakistan Cup regarding his PSL experience, Ahsan mentioned that he had never thought of excelling in a grand stage. He said he never expected so much appreciation from everyone. He praised the management for entrusting confidence in his abilities and providing him ample opportunities to showcase his talent.
