Sam Curran, the 20-year old hailing from Northampton, was named in the Wisden's five cricketers of the year. He achieved the milestone to become the youngest Englishman to be named in that list.
Sam Curran made his Test debut against Pakistan in 2018 at the Headingly. He was named the man of the match in the first Test match against India at the Edgbaston where he took his best Test figures of 4-74 and scored 63 in the 2nd innings of the match.
Sam Curran has been a good find for England so far doing well in the limited-overs format and the Test format as well. It is a great honour for the young man to achieve this feat at a very young age.
