Fayaz took 4-27 against India in the Quarter-final of the World Cup. He was a right arm pacer who was known for swinging the new ball. In the Quarter-final, he took important wickets of KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal and played a pivotal role in Pakistan’s victory.
After that U-19 World Cup, Fayaz hasn’t been seen anywhere in the domestic cricket and the recent reports suggest that the talented pacer has now joined the national team of Oman. As far as his stats are concerned, he didn’t play any first-class or List A cricket in Pakistan.
