Royal Challengers Bangalore skipper Virat Kohli has been fined 12 lakh rupees, as his side maintained a slow over rate in their game against Kings XI Punjab in Mohali on Saturday, April 13.

The amazing thing about this game is that it is the first win for RCB in this year’s season of Indian Premier League. Unfortunately, the winning side ended up with a slow over rate and had to pay the fine.
Kohli is the third captain to be fined for over-rate
Bangalore limited Punjab to 173 for 4, preceding Kohli himself scored 50 to help his side win their first match of the league.
Over rates have been an issue all through the season, with a lot of recreations taking over four hours to finish.
