The current player and former captain of Pakistan national women’s cricket team Sana Mir talked to media at Hanif Muhammad High Performance Center Karachi about team current performances.
Pakistan women cricket team played their last series against West Indies in February 2019, they ended up winning the series by 3-2. Ameen scored 52 to guide the pursuit after Baig and Sandhu took three-fors to expel West Indies for 159 in the series decider.
Sana Mir talked about their up-coming series against South Africa. She added South Africa is a very strong side, the team must work hard in-order to produce good results.
Iqbal Imam takes charge as coach from upcoming series against South Africa, replacing Andy Richards. Mir said, “We need to work hard in all three phases of the game, bowling, batting and fielding to win matches and improve team ranking”.
