The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming ICC World Cup 2019 in England and Wales. A couple of surprise omissions from the squad have not pleased the fans as they have been advocating the case of different players.
One such player is Ambati Rayudu, who has been a vital member of the national side for a couple of years, who has been left out of the World Cup squad after the selectors went with the three-dimensional Vijay Shankar ahead of him.
The batsman recently posted an enigmatic message for his followers as he revealed that he has bought some really nice 3D glasses in order to stay in front of the screen throughout the duration of the World Cup and watch the tournament for which he has been overlooked.
The tweet was an indirect jibe at the national selectors after they ignored Rayudu for the World Cup even after having a great run with team India during recent times.
