Pakistan squad for the ICC World Cup 2019 announced

The selection committee has announced the squad for the ICC World Cup 2019. Opening batsman Abid Ali has been included in the squad as the third opener.

Speed star Mohammad Amir has not been included in the 15-member squad however, he has been included in the 17-member squad along with Asif Ali that will take on England in the five-match ODI series.

Wicket-keeper batsman Mohammad Rizwan has been left out of the World Cup squad after performing well against Australia in the ODI series recently.

Chief Selector Inzamam-ul-Haq has announced the squad at the Gaddafi Stadium Lahore in a press conference. Rookie pacer Mohammad Hasnain has also found his place in the 15-member squad for the ICC World Cup 2019 in England & Wales.
