Bangladesh have recently announced their 15-man squad for the forthcoming ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. Looking at their pace attack, one could easily highlight the extra responsibility which will be installed on the shoulders of the exciting paceman Mustafizur Rahman.
After a stunning rise in the International cricket, a sequence of injuries has hampered the progress of the wily bowler. However, the 23-year old cricketer is positive about raising the bar of his game in the all-important mega-event, which begins in England and Wales on May 30.
Honing his skills for the World Cup, the Satkhira born added that he is working on his slower balls and cutters. In addition to that, Mustafizur revealed that he is trying to bring new variations in his bowling artillery.
“Everyone expects from me, so I always have more responsibilities. I always try to do well for my team. I am trying to learn new variations. The wicket will be good for batting (in England), but I will try to give my best,” said by the former Lahore Qalandars player.
