Imam-ul-Haq, the left-handed opening batsman of Pakistan, has usually found life hard despite scoring a plethora of runs in the domestic as well as International cricket. Majority of the fans believe that his selection is fueled by nepotism for which the proficient cricketer usually faces tough questions.
While stability at the top of the order is something that isn’t associated with Pakistan Cricket but ever since Imam joined hands with Fakhar Zaman, the green shirts have produced laudable starts. Ahead of the all-important ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, the Peshawar Zalmi player interacted with media where a journalist raised a concern regarding the opening woes of Pakistan.
Getting frustrated with the situation, the Lahore born cricketer shared the batting averages of both the openers. Moreover, the 23-year old batsman added that he has scored many runs after making his debut but a certain group always treats him with disrespect. Finally, he expressed his desire to help Pakistan lift the glorious World Cup title.
