The Pakistan cricket team has left for England where it would compete against the top ranked sides of ODI cricket during the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 after a tough buildup series against England.
Head coach Mickey Arthur held a final press conference along with captain Sarfraz Ahmed before leaving for England on Monday night. While answering media questions, Sarfraz seemed quite optimistic about the team’s chances in the mega event as he said that they want to win the trophy and make final World Cup of senior players memorable.
He also made it clear that the green shirts are more comfortable with the underdogs tag as it puts a lot less pressure on them prior to the event. Sarfraz has urged the people of Pakistan to pray for them and have faith in the team as they would give it their best shot in England.
