The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have lost the top spot to the Delhi Capitals (DC) after the latter defeated Rajasthan Royals (RR) in a close contest on Monday. CSK’s winning streak was ended by the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) recently.
Former Indian skipper MS Dhoni recently registered his highest individual score in the Indian Premier League (IPL) as he smashed an unbeaten 84 off just 48 deliveries. However, it did not get his side over the line as he missed the final ball of the game.
Nonetheless, CSK’s loss did not stop the fans from starting a social media campaign to nominate Dhoni as the next Prime Minister of India as many termed him as a much better and reliable option than the current individuals running for office.
